I doubt California's auction laws have any relevance here. Once the auction is closed, it becomes a binding contract just like any other. Ignoring it is a breach. Additionally, I'm not a California attorney, but I do know they have one of the most aggressive consumer protection statutes in the world... if that

He hasn't been around in a while. Maybe the coyotes snuck in from behind his position?

I grant that it appeals to that market, but the only material question is how many of those are new car buyers? And how many of those will choose this car over the WRX or Civic or Hyundai or myriad of other options. It doesn't change my opinion at all that the market for this car is still extremely limited.

Here's where the dealer and their idiot lawyer have lost the plot:

Pretty good review, Jason, though I would've liked more on how the car felt while driving in those various scenarios... you only gave us one short paragraph each?! This is the web, surely you don't have text limits. We've all seen the data and specs and styling info scattered all over this site and others for

Figures. LS swaps have now been done on everything. Even cake.

I don't think we'll quite have that level of variety. If McLaren can sort out their pit stops (and with 3 weeks off, I imagine that will be drilled heavily), they're still the fastest cars out there. The RBR seems to still favor tight and twisty bits, but this year their advantage seems not to pay out over the whole

Ride a motorcycle; eliminate the pretending part.

Only drive.

Gotta be race weekend. I can't imagine Monaco having something so low-rent as a stack of tires on the side of the road. Plus, even in Monaco, I doubt people just drive around in ultra rare priceless 80yo Bugatti race cars.

Now your superiority is showing.

Some say he took offense when we were surprised he passed Phildagony in #FormulaJ this way...

Your correct grammar is showing.

But... no one knows who the Stig is. You've simply assumed Burglar is NOT the Stig. But... ?

Props to Burglar for pulling off quite the capricious caper!

If they sold those in Walmarts in the South (many of which actually have McDonald's inside), they'd sell out.

Depends how hard they're trolling you...

I'm no scientist, but I doubt it. The biggest problem with this leak was that it was so deep they couldn't cap it. On land, that issue is eliminated. Additionally, the water acts as a carrier, distributing the oil (and arguably the much worse dispersants) over thousands of miles, where as even a large spill on land

The only reason they're even drilling in such insanely deep offshore waters is because the EPA and enviromentalists won't let them drill on land.
