People walk up to me ALL the time, saying how much they love the bike, and without fail are completely shocked when I tell them that my bike is a 1996. It's simply a great looking bike with one of the best engines of all time.

Been there, done that.
Neither of those things are the point. This is a dilution case, not an infringement case. I explained why I don't think it's a parody - I'd be rather interested in hearing how you think it is. I can't think of any "comment" it's making about LV or how it's making fun of LV; rather, the LV TM is used expressly in…
That's some seriously heavy legal analysis for car blog, but since you've posted it...
I'm glad you guys posted this. This video includes everything that is right about racing, especially GT racing. And that sound...
Proper grammar and excellent post. Approved.
Except, just like ABS, there won't be an off switch, and just like ABS and any other "safety" thing, no dealer on the planet will turn it off for you, either. The Boss 302 was a full homologation race car, but for the Trans-Am series. The Boss 429 car didn't really matter; it was only the motor - they had to produce X number of motors in production cars to make the motor legal for NASCAR use, and the Mustang is what they stuck it in.

The experience is the catch, indeed. I had the pleasure of working Indycar's 2010 open test at Barber Motorsports park, in the Turn 11 stand. It was a completely awesome experience. Plus, I got to meet Michael Andretti, Helio Castroneves, and a couple other Indy guys. Fun times. [www.racephoto.org]
