And yes there is a Neutral which, if I recall correctly, is selected by pressing one of the many steering wheel mounted buttons.

That certainly wasn't the worst crash in the world. The rally guys that hit trees and most Indy and NASCAR crashes are much higher impact loads than that.

Congrats on your star!

I'll take "Ironic Last Names" for $100, Alex...

Now playing

Here's the video of the original. The jump is at 4:35.

Beautiful, Italian, and it looks like great condition. And being Canadian, I even bet it'll hit 185. Definite NP.

Weird... my mind has been so warped by the ridiculousness of Stanceworks, I now look at that and say: not bad.

So when he's drunk, he gets in his car. Yup. Awesome combination.

Really? It's not even that attractive. Surely the people of Tokyo have more interesting and more beautiful things to look at than a rather dull concrete and steel truss bridge. But who knows; maybe the Oakland Bay Bridge is a huge attraction for Japanese tourists.

Hey, watch your attitude or I won't ask you to be the heiress of my small third world military dictatorship.

Another awesome article, Peter. Thanks for sharing.

This - the MAN Dakar rally truck. Why let your enemies get in the way when you can just run over them? Road blocks? No problem, it goes off road. Need a small army? Look at all the space you've got! You could fit an entire SWAT team in the back, along with enough weapons to supply them all, plus a few RPGs

No, (useless paragraph) because 87'd on its own is not long enough for a reply. So I had to insert more text. Nibbles, however, has begun eating paragraphs on the front page now as well - there was a return there when I wrote it. Anyway, that wasn't a commentary on your posts, as I quite enjoy them.

87'd.

Hahahahahahahhahahahaha. Sorry, I just love the amazing irony when liberals base their reasoning on ignorance and bigotry.

Nah, not pissed at all. That's quite true. There's a reason they call it the Bible Belt. Protip: if you're hungry, find a Baptist - they've always got food and it's always amazingly good. Climate, yeah... it gets hot. Really hot. Upside though: warm(er) winters, and lots of time at the lake in the summers. Just

Yeah, well I was hoping for a response b/c the overwhelming majority of idiots who say stuff like that have never been here.

Now that I've gotten home, from the high res I can just make out that the placard says "Family 'Indy' Car" on it. The date shows 1975. The other details are very hard to make out, even on the RAW file, but I'm pretty sure it says the engine is a Chevrolet, 327ci, with a Hewland transmission.

Images keep failing. Trying again.
