Well, there are a good chunk of cards that are valuable. Very few and far in between, but even I own cards that others have bought/sold for $100+.

“It’s also cooking a Switch alive from the inside.”

Is the Switch really getting that hot during overclock?  Curious about the actual temperatures it’s reaching.

Milling is wonderful. Honestly, mill-heavy decks have rotated out with Psychic Corrosion, Patient Rebuilding, and Sift.

I had a lot of fun running Ashiok mills before the new set came in.

Pretty sure new accounts are $11/mo now.

Longtime Scaper here (15+ years).

Current RuneScape is a dying game and Jagex is just trying to milk the ever loving life out of it. On the other hand, you have Old School RuneScape, which was a reboot of the game six years ago based on code from 2007. That iteration of the game has grown and evolved without

I don’t think anyone will see this ring and go, “this right here is why I’m going to buy a Switch.”

Fahey, did you nickname your new controller?  Please tell me you called it something like Electric Taffy.

Possibly not a big loss.  It would be different if say Longo played a major role in CE through Reach.  Halo 5... really didn’t do it for a lot of people.

I feel like the Overwatch fanbase is just extremely difficult to please as a whole.  I enjoyed the game a few years ago when I played but the community kind of pushed me out of it because the neverending complaints just made the game incredibly unfun for me.

Now I’m tempted to sell my old cards.  I still have the first set Blastoise, Venusaur and almost all the other rare foils other than Charizard.  I’ve just kept them hidden because what 29 year old flaunts around Pokemon cards, haha.

There are people who own multiple $10k+ watches. This isn’t so wild in comparison.

Shit, you beat me to it.

Dudes in RuneScape claimed to be e-girls back in 2006.

Uh, my buddies cat used to love being thrown.  He’d run back and hop in your arms and it was pretty much a game to him.

Uh, Cruis’n World takes you on the goddamn Moon.

His uncle is now Gritty.

They would spawn if you were on foot in the woods for a while.  Kind of an "easy way out" gift from the RNGods.  Not sure why the article would leave out that one simple yet crucial detail.

I feel the same exact way.  WoW became a household name and almost a stereotype to nerds, haha.  I embraced the fact that I played it after hiding it for years.

I’m in the same boat as you. I’ve taken so many five year hiatuses from the game over the years and today’s art isn’t nearly as good as the originals.

A friend of mine at work still has hundreds (well, possibly thousands, we haven’t counted) of cards pre-98 that are both gorgeous and rather valuable now.
