Buddy plays on a PS4 and his wife works form home so he uses headphones so as not to disturb her. Alas discord is impractical to the point of useless if someone is playing on a PS4 using headphones. Indeed Sony’s walled garden approach makes chat between platforms, that isn’t handles by a game, very difficult.
