The same can be said for any job board and resume provided by a candidate. My point is that a resource pool Linkedin cannot be beaten, we are considering ditching most of the job boards we use and focusing on Linkedin.

Completely disagree, as someone in the industry for over 10 years.......our corporate clients and competitors use it for locating candidates and sales leads. Why is it lazy? It gives very quick and easy access to a massive candidate pool, making it quicker to find candidates and solve clients staffing requirements.

Linkedin is growing and will be THE destination for recruiters to find candidates, to opt out is foolish
