I just recently started (bought a Concept2 D for the house) and so far so good. I started at 10 min with 25 reps/min. I’m a month in and my daily goal is to hit 30mins as well as 6,000 meters. There is no way in HELL that I could hit that without the ear-buds. Good music really does keep you from staring at the clock.

I live in STL and I gotta be honest...the day after I was pissed. Now I’m sorta relieved. We FINALLY get to watch the best games in STL and not the Rams. LA is getting one shitty team though...Stan’s track record of winning isn’t that great. He’s gonna need to step it up or the LA folks will quickly find something…
