I typically manspread a bit. I put one knee in the aisle. And one knee in between the two other seats. I almost always sit with my wife who’s smaller than me and my knee gets hit with the beverage cart at least once a trip. That’s the price I pay for saving a buck and sitting in coach.

I’m tall enough that I have to angle my legs and put my feet underneath the seat in front of me no matter what. I can’t just sit with my legs straight in front of me either way if I’m sitting coach. I’m not quite as tall as you, but I have long legs and arms. My legs are likely longer than yours.

What would you do about it? Honest question. If you tried to physically stop me (assuming you could) I would simply call the attention of the flight attendant.

I’m not sure you understand how plane seats work. I’m tall and have long legs, the person in front of you reclining has no bearing on your legroom. None.

Sure, but this will kill college sports.

Right. But he’s not just looking for a pay day or reputation. He’s looking to greatly expand the MVSRA to make virtually any mechanic who makes a mistake to be on the same unfavorable footing as a mechanic who purposely rips off their customers.

I’m not sure what you mean by refuse to settle.

(This is long and feel free to skim/ignore.)

There is nothing black about the word ‘lynching.’

That’s like saying buying a bus ticket implies the driver gets you to your destination. If the driver crashes the bus, it’s not fraud. It’s negligence.

No way in hell this client was paying the lawyer by the hour. The “cost” difference is negligible.

That’s just tired.

This statute punishes fraud.

You are the one trying to paint an obvious act of negligence as an intentional deception.

Fraud is intentional. Are you arguing this was intentional?

Fraud is an intentional act. It’s akin to theft. Fraud is done for the financial benefit of the fraudulent party at the expense of the defrauded.

At least we now have an explanation for the roughly 17.5 tourist souls that are lost in Louisiana every year.

Not only is the Seattle Sounders name older than the Seattle Seahawks or Seattle Mariners, it is also the best Seattle sports name period.

That’s certainly a question isn’t it?
