for us hourglass girls with big rears, this is perfect. Hugs our curves, covers our ass.
This is like the 5th comment Ive read that shows they didnt read the article. I give up.
I know! I do hope they don't go to far the other way though, so my entire torso is encased in denim armor when I sit down.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! I love high waisted pants. Fuck you muffin top. It's over!
I for one am super excited for this. I have one pair of high-waisted jeans from that random trend period a couple years ago and have refused to stop wearing them because i love them so. I think I'm mostly just over wearing the same outfit every day (skinnies, top, scarf, ballet flats).
LOL. Like Americans really have SO much respect for people in the military. Because if we did we would be in the streets DEMANDING that they get taken care of after they come home. We would elect local, state, and national politicians that made sure they got taken care of when they get home. All the American…
We're a death-denying culture, which causes a lot of weird issues. One of them being that we have absolutely no idea how to respond to death. Most of us are just pretty sure that being sad and reverent is the only way you're allowed to feel about death.
Then maybe we should stop sending our young poor people off to other countries to murder other poor brown people? I don't know. These deaths aren't necessary and so if people have issues with all the soldiers dying then maybe they should let their government know instead of sending death threats over an empty fucking…
Humour is a pretty vital coping mechanism so maybe everyone should chill out a little.
Why do Westerners have such a fucked up relationship with death? I don't understand why this is a big deal. I'm glad everyone is outraged over nothing but then all we get is crickets when it comes to sexual assault & rape in the military.
Never.
Desus also had some hilarious tweets:
Haha I actually think this is really cute. Not so much the poem, but the little things these men do for their women.
Idris Elba didn't make the best beef-and-bison chili you've ever had for dinner, I — wait. Idris, what are you doing in my girlfriend's kitchen wearing nothing but an apron and a smile? THAT IS NOT COOL, MA— uh, yes. Yes, I would like a beer. Wow, yeah, Dogfish Head Midas Touch is some really great stuff, thanks.
"Don't like rape? don't get raped"
For all the issues w the Catholic Church in the past few years, I have to say there's a real kick ass crop of activist nuns.
Yeah, it's weird how so defensive some of the comments are but I guess that's choice feminism is a nutshell: "I chose my choice so therefore no one has the right to ask about the societal implications and forces that influenced that choice!"
I know people who can't conceive and desperately want a child who have been insulted and called names by their doctors for having the audacity to want a child and being poor who broke down and cried talking about this in support group meetings.
