Re; Freezing night
At least that took a modicum of skill. Now it’s just a black box you buy from someone else.
Probably the fact that the invention has nothing to do with cars.
Having no signal is actually a good reason to use airplane mode, because otherwise your phone will be using its transmitter at full power trying to find a signal. It’s effectively screaming “Is anyone there? Is anyone there?” and will drain your battery much faster. And if it does find a signal, it will be 6+ miles…
Yes, they are much higher than any helicopter is capable of. Higher even than most (but not all) commercial aircraft usually fly.
Not only does it not radiate EM/light, but it also does not attenuate or redirect EM/light either. Also no interactions via strong or weak atomic forces. It completely ignores all quantum interactions, (to the best of our knowledge) and only has relativistic mass, and that is very diffuse. (No point sources)
One of the theories I heard was that dark matter could be made of particles that have quantum wavelengths larger than star systems. They could be very massive, but interact with nothing.
Nearly all hijackings before 2001 were resolved without loss of life, or occasionally single digits. So there was less need to prevent them “at all costs.”
Dogs are the only service animals that are compulsory for the business to allow. Miniature horses are another class of assistance animal, but a business is only asked to make reasonable accommodation.
Which is why he said the shockwave would quickly dissipate. But there is some air, which is why satellites have orbital decay. As for the EMP, look up Starfish Prime, which was detonated in space, and impacted civilian electrical systems in Hawaii, as well as several satellites.
Titles II and II of the ADA
You think they would be filing a lawsuit if they didn’t have proof? Sure, there is abuse from people with entitlement issues, but they wouldn’t have standing to win a lawsuit.
Can’t return it if you let it collect dust. So it’s #4.
They have a vested interest, but they have been fooled before. Surprisingly often, in fact.
You assume that a major news org, or someone else you trust, will not be fooled by a deepfake at some point. That’s not a safe bet.
One problem with any “AI detection” technology is it invariably becomes another input that helps train the next generation of AI to avoid detection. (See “GAN Networks”) It’s an arms race, and the detection side will always be playing catch-up.
I doubt you would do better if trapped by an avalanche.
Well, it is the first “recall” I’ve ever heard of for a FONT.
The models that have stop-start have starters that are greatly overbuilt compared to the starters of years ago. That way they can get the engine turning at full idle speed in an instant, instead of just barely reaching 120 RPM before it “catches”. And hybrid cars are even more so. My car uses a 26 HP electric motor to…
Naut there.
