Completely agree. I owned one for 18 years and it was super reliable and everything was where you wanted it in the cabin. Very well laid out interior.

Hopefully the new Tacoma and Land Cruiser have an extra cooling loop for the battery. I can somewhat understand the issue in the Sienna, given it’s not meant to tow. But if a cargo box is giving the Sienna issues, holy cow that battery is being worked hard to do the torque fill. That is definitely a primary concern of

They’re talking out of their arse - the battery on the sienna is air-cooled only, with no connection to the liquid cooling system.
