Very good points. While I am also a supporter if the Save The Ring fellow, I agree with Mr. holland's points.

Could always be driver error when I'm behind the wheel. This happens with T/C fully on. Granted the car still has the OEM tires. It usually happens when I'm turning right, uphill onto a quick street.

That's exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for. I'll have to consider that when my warranty expires.

Are any of these pieces available individually? Particularly the parts needed to bring my Abarth up to that power level?

Very cool! I'd look for a set of new wheels that look like the old wood ones. I can't imagine a wheel failure ending well.
That said, I'd love to carve canyons in that car. It makes my Healey look plush with its ridiculous creature comforts like doors and a windscreen.

He did a good job of avoiding the rocks. It really hurts when you fall on a rock. Been there...

Imagine the inside of this thing with the outside (and performance capabilities) of a Dakar truck.

I don't get the Prius hate either. Sure, they're not sports cars, but they do a great job of carrying people and things around while returning great fuel economy. Sounds like a good thing to me. My in-laws have a Prius, it's a great car and they love it.

The teams I've been associated with have been bound by an affinity for having fun and a profound respect for drinking good beer and wine.

Great photos. The stripe pattern makes me think of Luigi Chinetti's North American Racing Team.

That's a handsome Miata, I quite like the polished hood. Was it difficult to maintain the shine?

That'd be bitchin'.

Oh yes, we've run several events and finished each one. The Hudson earns a wide birth from fear (it's big), reverence, and polite driving on our part. The Peugeot is just tough as nails and shrugs off hits of all sizes.

Having done LeMons with a Peugeot 505 Turbo S and a '52 Hudson Hornet, I'm starting to think about making a serious assault on a win on laps.

Very sad for your loss. Don't you wish they lived forever?

Damn! I was hoping this dehybridized hybrid wasn't all hype.

Sweet! Let's see you try to Orlove a Miata. Miatas are the Weeble of the automotive world.

Great article. Autocross is a ton of fun. I've done both road racing and competitive autocross (drive 15 hours each way for 6 minutes of seat time) and find that the competitive thrill for autocross is unmatched by road racing.

Damn! I shoot all sorts of Street Parked stuff and didn't think to do anything for this contest. I'm a lame lame-o who will pay attention in the future. Here are 11 highlights from posts I published this year. I've linked the original posting as a way of claiming them. I'd love to share this stuff with the

Really? My god, let the man and his family deal with this in peace.
