@Bret: Image link fail. Ignore this

I was just in the Maple Leaf neighborhood for a haircut and saw this 323. Could it be the same one? This one has distinctive front end damage.Dunh dunh DUNNN...

@layabout: No. Even though it's a very cool car. It is tainted by the lawsuits over its as-delivered powerplant, not to mention the ignominy that was Fastmasters.

Easy peasy.

I'm so pleased by this list that I now might have to go buy an X-box and this game. Let's see, GT5 is approaching Duke Nuk'em Forever levels of delays. Forza is well regarded and now has some Jalopnicity...

It would only be better if Schumi were wearing Siler-pants and had Siler's ass.

Saab 99 turbo: It's not just a car, it's a life statement.

@scroggzilla raids again: Wow. a Norse Epic animated gif - heartclick for the distilled awesomeness. Thor's weekend ride in Valhalla is a 99 Turbo.

@Armand: Having seen firsthand the toughness of a 505 in LeMons racing, I'm going to have to agree that a 505 wagon would be my choice for a trans-African journey. The metal in these cars is damn near self healing.

This is the type of death reprieve Saab needs. I'd much rather see Saab go to a funky company like Spyker than to some big conglomerate where it will be further brand engineered into blandness. With Spyker we at least have a chance to see uniqueness return to importance.

Clearly the vote was stacked by the anti-Saab and anti Alfa people. A game without the 99 turbo or the GTV6 is a game without passion. These cars excel in spite of their flaws. These cars embody true vehicular awesome. When that Saab torches one wheel on corner exit, you are reminded of your driving limitations.

What a cool surprise! I'm glad to see my friend Solracer's pictures shared here. The first time he showed them to me, I knew exactly when and where they were taken.

@Tanshanomi: Back in 'Nam, the CRX recklessly endangered the crew of the Swift Boat under the CRX's command. The CRX has, in the foregoing years spun a false tale of gallantry that is shameful.

Rally. I've enjoyed autocrossing and road racing for years, but save for one muddy rallycross, have never tried rally.

Perhaps he'll now try to resurrect CART because there are so many talented young foreign drivers and the United States is ready for more natural terrain road racing.

Such eloquence paired with unparalleled talent is why Ayrton Senna will always be my favorite racing driver.

@SantaRita: The images on that thread are too big to display.
