My bad, it still is. Although they greatly increased the drop chance, and it scales heavily based on Torment level, so it isn't as incredibly difficult to come by. But yeah, also not from Kadala.

Everything except the Ramaladni's Gift can come from Kadala :)

Before the nerf to Magic Missile - Conflagrate this source was amazing. But it's really not incredibly great anymore, as there are so many better builds.

Really? Yeah I pre-ordered the tablet right when it was available. Then I decided the next day I also wanted the case... Got the tablet on release day, got the case 2 days later. Haven't ordered the controller yet.

I pre-ordered and got the cover at launch from Amazon (well, it arrived about 2 days after my tablet, but yeah). I've since decided I want the controller as well, but yeah, nowhere to be found.
