Overwatch isn’t dying, it’s being murdered through negligence

Yeah a few years ago, but they don’t do either of those things anymore and GamePass is the most consumer-friendly thing I’ve ever seen in gaming

Honestly if anything I wish Microsoft played a little more hardball with Sony.  Like, personally, I would be happy if they’d said, “Oh, you want your players to be able to play Call of Duty?  We’d like our players to be able to play a game with Spiderman in it ever again.  Let’s work that out.”

It’s been industry standard to have console-exclusives as long as there’s been consoles, so even more than 30 years.

I just want the all-Muppets version of Sweeney Todd, but Disney doesn’t have the movie rights to that.  Yet.

Just because someone survived Order 66 doesn’t mean they’re still alive for the original trilogy. There’s 19 years in between those two events, during which Vader and the Inquisitors were actively hunting down surviving Jedi.

Jedi Survivor is still 9 years out from the events of Episode IV.  Anything could happen in

I’m with that. I’m a social gamer; I can cram in a couple hours of gaming on a good day, and I spend that time playing c0-op games with friends.
My main concern for deciding which console to invest in has a lot to do with “where are my gaming buddies playing,” which is Xbox.

Also the overwhelming majority of the big,

Technically, they’re not forbidden to fuck, they’re forbidden to form attachments.  One of the Jedi in one of the High Republic novels talks about how it’s futile to try and stop all the horny teenagers at the temple from being horny teenagers, so they focus on counseling them on how to manage their feelings of

I think GamePass is my secret ingredient here. Is the game a bit inexplicably slapdash? Yes. But having not paid $70 for it, I can lean in to the fact that I am perfectly capable of enjoying a mediocre game, especially when co-op with my friends is involved.

I honestly can’t even fathom why anyone would pay $70 for

To Spielberg’s credit, at least he didn’t try to bury the existence of the original cut like George Lucas did; the DVD for ET had both versions of the movie.

Also I think it’s the wrong move to remove those guns, because it suggests that government agents wouldn’t do such a thing as point guns at children, which...

I really don’t think “David said it” is of any use as a piece of evidence for your thesis.

They might have applied the rules differently because it was kids this time?
I know at least here in the US the “they gays are coming for your kids” is really picking up steam.

I love Mercy and she was up until recently my most-played character by a mile, but if the DPS isn’t getting kills and they’re never around to deal with divers, I switch to Moira for better self-defense and to generally try to pick up their slack.  It’s been happening so much recently Moira is my most-played character

I would go so far as to say Lili was obviously the crone from the moment she appeared at the end of the last episode.

Well  you can’t really give people your old games if they have a Series S

I’m pretty positive on the overall Microsoft and GamePass experience, but I don’t think it makes your case very strongly when half of the games you bring up in its defense haven’t released yet and half of those missed their 2022 target date

I really love this show. I love the ubernerd fan servicey stuff, too.
I’m really excited for the Ahsoka series, and I already know for a fact that one is going to scratch some very fannish itches.

I actually kind of enjoyed the backpack ones. Each one had a little snippet of story to it that made them fun to discover.

I have to say, I did not; I was way too distracted by the fact the was Patrick from Coupling.

The big problem is how you can’t even believe them anymore when they deny it.
