There was no walker. All this happened a year or more before the outbreak.

Would that mean Clara had sex with a Zygon?

Lots of assumptions there. For example, we don’t know how to make interstellar ships. Try reading Aurora for some insight into why it is hard. You need more than a propulsion system.

There’s still plenty of drama to be had over the original Alexandrians coming to terms with the new Ricktatorship, so an episode focused on the safe zone’s inhabitants makes perfect narrative sense. Which is why it’s such a surprise when Carol smugly looks out the window at the woman she’s forced to smoke outside…

That was back in season two, when Rick was still naive. Even so, he ordering the torturing of Randy and did get some information, which might have helped had they not immediately been overrun by a random herd. Now, Rick is tougher, and I think would execute a prisoner as easily as Shane would have back then. We saw

Hard to believe they’d allow her to return to Alexandria. She could have warned everyone. Why take the risk? It’s not like she has any loved ones they could be holding as hostage. And if they did let her go, why return to the place that is doomed? Why stay as long as she did? I could believe it if she’d bought into

It sounds like you are talking about intelligent life and (if I follow the thread correctly) Curt was talking about any kind of life. I am one of those who believes life is relatively common in the universe, and intelligent life vanishingly rare. We may be the only intelligent life in this galaxy, for example.

The eels don’t, because they were foreshadowed, first by the baby’s crying, then by the Doctor realising what “fire in the water” meant, then by us seeing them create the infrastructure to deploy them, so when they finally save the day, it’s largely expected. It’s developed over the course of the episode.

Allison didn’t win, though. She came second. Twice.

How can they make an index without first making a copy? It seems to me that Google has made and kept a copy even if they’ve not shown anyone else. Does that mean I can make copies of books I don’t own if I don’t share them?

If it’s Thea, they better give us Sara back.

It’d be more practical to do that now. Your phone knows where you are, so it knows the local time, and can automatically adjust for any other location you need time in. If you have a doctor’s appointment in the next town, your calendar can be smart enough to handle it smoothly.

It’s only been about 2 years. I’ve used fuel that was over 10 years old. Tinned food lasts virtually forever.

I hope they don’t. Far Cry 1 and Far Cry 2 didn’t have towers. I hope that the similarities between 3 and 4 haven’t become a rut they stay stuck in for 5.

I didn’t think Chelsea Manning had had much choice in the matter. And the way she was treated is a big part of why Snowden would be foolish to trust US justice. He wouldn’t get a fair trial and would likely be tortured.

Cards are old hat. The future is NFC in phones, watches, rings and other wearables. You shouldn’t have to get your wallet out.

He’s not OK with living in Russia. It is not where he wants to be. It’s just where he happened to be when the US cancelled his passport. He is now unable to travel anywhere else. Blame your government for where he is, not him.

Shall I take it that you don’t watch much porn?

I’m guessing Furry Road was the porn remake, but I’m not going to enquire further.

Have you read Scott Adams blog, athttp://blog.dilbert.com/? He argues that Trump is a force to be reckoned with, mainly because he is a brilliant persuader. Adams uses the word “wizard”, meaning something like a cross between a pick-up artist and a used car salesman. His gaffs are not really gaffs but emotional
