We can't have a cat because of her litter-box snacking. No worries, deer poop serves just fine, then the toilet…

OMG, she's a twin of my old Lab (14 YO / red fox color). Those eyes... dogs have an empathy that passes human understanding. My dog therapied my Mom through her death, and now she is lavishing love on our current landlady, who is 86 and frail.

During my road warrior days, I used to wriggle into a pair of leggings in the rental car before turning in the keys. The ONE TIME I did not — stuck overnight in O'Hare in a short, tight pencil skirt. Sucked. Still, I just can't with some of the complete slobbage one encounters and smelly people make me murderous.

That woman is not right in the head. There was a horrific case of abuse locally where a mother killed her disabled and mentally retarded daughter (and the abuse part of it prior to the death was vomit-inducing) and she had that same look. Also, what is that weird photo effect that makes it look like she's being held…

You do have to be careful with anything in the mint family but it CAN tingly nice.

For anyone wanting to read excellent historical fiction about this time period, I highly recommend "The Eagle and The Raven" by Pauline Gedge. Also: Queen Boudiccakicked major butt. She very nearly won independence of the British isles from Roman rule.
