Growing up, my father used to take leftover turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes, mix em up, bread them, and make turkey croquettes topped with the Thanksgiving gravy. Highly recommended

I went on Day One (my future wife is also a native Minnesotan). I totally agree with cheese curds from The Mouse Hole for the number 1 spot. Looks like you missed out on Deep Fried Breakfast On A Stick. It was really good. Though the curds are still my #1.
