I remember watching reports and crying. I’m in Canada. I knew no one personally but the devastation was so terrible and it seemed impossible that such a wealthy country was doing so little (seemingly) to help its own citizens.

No. Otherwise he wouldn’t have said Junior right after Coon. He didn’t accidentally meld two words. And you’re the umpteenth person on here trying to explain away his “gaff”.  It’s possibly but unlikely given he didn’t junior fine.
