Dude, weren't they trying to kill some people and ground up glass into burgers in a BBQ? Was there a bleach ingestion too? The description of eating crushed glass and what it does to your insides STILL **haunts me**. Like you, sometimes details and visuals from this book come to mind out of nowhere. It's so weird.

This is exactly what I thought when I read this book. I *obsessed* over it. I wanted to be a reincarnated Goddess so badly. I think I read and reread this book 10 times. I saw another poster say they will still randomly remember parts of this book every so often too. I should find it and read it again.

I am glad to see I am not the only one who read that and went "WTF"? Instant turn off, no?

No where is he supporting Woody Allen. He used a term (a poorly chosen one based on the specific situation) that offense is being taken to. He apologized and tried to clarify, which is more than what most people do. Cut him a break.
