That is not the same thing as NEEDING an internet connection to 'start steam in offline mode'. Anyone who has even a slight bit of experience with Steam should know there is a preliminary check each time you start a game after downloading.

I liked it just fine. It was slow, cumbersome and self-indulgent, but so is adolescence. A million times over I would watch Aku no Hana than another Heaven's Lost Property, Oreimo or Shakugan no Shana.
