Assuming you are right just leaves you closed to the comedic tone of the rest of the piece itself.

I am pretty sure he is being facetious.

I wish I had been able to make E3 this year, but damn baby mama drama for keeping me firmly in pocket this time around. Also, I chose the worst time to move, meehhhhh.

I don't believe paper mario would have benefitted either. However, one of the most-played games on the Nintendo Wii was Wii Sports, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Super Smash Brothers and Animal Crossing.

Just you watch, the name of the game is becoming portability. Nintendo dropped the ball with backwards support, but they made up for it in their digital marketplace and Sony has managed to edge out Microsoft because they have been taking riskier moves with downloadable titles, but Microsoft has more money to implement

Say what you want about motion gaming, but I think the problem with it is just that the industry is steeped in old-school design philosophy. The rise of the 'Indie' developer means that there will be more people looking to use novel schemes to make their vision come through while larger studios will typically muster

I agree that it will bring a degree of parity, but the SmartGlass scheme is a bit more limited as a touch surface device; the Pad and Vita have analogs and other doodads to make it a viable tandem gaming surface. It's not that SmartGlass can't go in that direction, but it will seem more like an afterthought.

MS SmartGlass, Vita portability and WiiUPads; out of all three, the one with the most potential seems to be the WiiUPad.

You are right, of course. Somehow my mind edited out the boy in favor of someone who still has a career. Curious how that happens.

I've seen that movie more than 20 times. Fred Savage looks exactly the same as when he was a kid.

The UE4 demo guys should have gotten with From Software to design something more compelling than a generic evil overlord.

I thought the point of game engines is _essentially_ how pretty and fluffy they are — aside from ease of use.

Thank you, people don't realize just how far the tween tools and flash itself have come as far as building a robust animation.

I think the worst part is that all female antagonists in these things insist on posturing right before they get punched in their arrogant puss. Other than that, there is violence against women, but it's not unnecessarily sensualized even though their clothing is sensualized.

I am truly hoping that they stick with a russian model for purchasing upgrades; games that reward paying members with superior armament that can't be unlocked by non-paying members really tends to sour the entire experience.

Plenty do not.

Umm did you SEE the Just Dance 4 presentation?

I think you are missing the point that this isn't indicative of an industry shift, but a novel experience, like going to an amusement park or the beach — some will go more than others, but that doesn't make the experience cheap when you go to a pool.

No, just a minor quibble. I actually posted a multi-page point-by-point rebuff for rabid fans who griped plenty about this title already. Cheers.
