Except they penalized Alonso for a similar incident...where Alonso was further alongside Hulkenberg than Ricciardo was to Kimi. If you set the precedent earlier in the race, you have to apply the same standards.

I liked how, a few laps later, Kimi was hit by Ricciardo (who should have been penalized but wasn’t) and he says “that was not nice” over the radio.

You’re most welcome. It looks like a few people have already let you know, but yeah, time shifting is part of the package. It’s a lot cheaper than the equivalent MotoGP package too - much more reasonable.

As a kid, I ate an entire bag of tangerines, my skin turned a light shade of orange and I had some of the worst shits ever.

You only get access to the current year’s races :( I haven’t figured out how to get access to the past season’s archives.

Definitely could do that. Also if you pay the fee to stream them live (40 bucks australian I think) you get to watch the archived races as well.

You can stream them at your leisure. For that price you get qualifying rounds and no commercials. I’ve been using it the last 3 years stateside and love it. Such a great service! Although I typically watch Bathurst live because it starts earlier in their day.

nbcsports shows them much, much later and edited to all hell, sometimes. or they did before I cut the cord.

there are several ways to watch all racing/sporting events online, for free. if i’m awake and i know it’s on (that’s the tough part) i watch the v8s fairly often.

They had races at COTA each of the past 2 years but they aren’t racing on any US tracks this year. On television they show it on Fox Sports 1 and CBS sports network sometimes but not all that frequently. The most consistent option I’ve found is a website called usagoals.com (free streaming of sports; lots of

You mean like 3 years ago when the final race decided the championship. And before where there were 7 Different winners in 7 races. That was pretty exciting to me.

There’s the paid option:

For people outside of Australia, Definitely V8 Supercars

Suggestion:

On the same UK trip I saw Victory, I happened to pass by a town where the (much smaller) boat they used to film the Horatio Hornblower miniseries (before Ioan Gruffudd f’d off to Hollywood, ending that series too soon) was stopped due to weather and got to tour that as well.

I went about it about 15 years ago. It was interesting to sort of travel through time by touring it, HMS Warrior (almost literally night and day between the wood and steel constructions) then taking a boat tour of the harbor and passing the modern carriers like Ark Royal.

Bruh.

Technically I don’t own a “truck” either...Captain semantics...but seeing as how this is a marketing tool to sell trucks to truck buyers then my statement still stands.

You are being inconsistent.

The history is certainly amazing!

They get shipped on them
