I guess you are right. I cant really think of anything short of protests and revolt, which is a deadly game in latin america right now.

So its not sexual degradation when brown women in latin america barter sex for services, goods, compliance, but it would be here?
"Given their culture"
So, then sex with men isnt really something that people use to bond or an enjoyable recreation, its a commodity to be bartered for other things?
Sorry, I read your comment wrong.
A- Monogamy is the norm? How so?
What % of men do you think get into relationships purely for non sexual reasons?
Sure, because Im willing to be a majority of men are ok with nonsexual relationships with women, and only want to date purely for the other persons personality and just to have that person around.
Should sex be used by women as a 'tool' to get something? Or a 'gift' in exchange for some mutual consideration? I 'feel' like thats very sexist, but not sure if it applies.
Why date a woman at all if the only sex you get is masterbation?
Are you serious?
Whats wrong with that?
You might be just assuming hes happy with it. More likely, hes putting up with it to not cause conflict...something which will only happen for so long until he cheats or calls it off.
Actually Ive received a gamut of answers. But the one I keep hearing is
Good point!
I do. I dont think you grasp what the term 'insecurity' means.
Im on the west coast. Thanks for your response, and I can absolutely see your point being originally from the south.
Interesting and thanks for the response! If I would press further, do you think (just an opinion) childless marriages last longer or not as long as marriages with couples with children?
You seem to have taken a question of rate and (as a few other have) read it as a general comment. I never said "if you dont have children, its because you are ugly and no one wants you". I just asked IS IT POSSIBLE that a large number of those who claim to be "happy without kids" are just telling themselves that…
Thats understandable. But I wonder just what is the actual % of people who truly dont want kids from those who otherwise would but cannot find or keep a partner (or cannot afford to have one single handedly).
