Loved the plane with the working avionics

I watched Gumball Rally like 14 times, before Videotape and DVDs. Love the fact that the gas prices were 55.9 cents in the movie.

I totally agree, what nice vehicles were in that movies. And I love the fact that there is a scene at a gas station where gas is like 60 cents a gallon.

It's part of that "historical record" that is Futurama, though this was city, and not a Suburb.

Where's the Fossil (Palm OS) powered watch? The Microsoft (SPOT) Smart watch?

Old Dodge darts had them, but they were bullet shaped if I recall correctly. My mothers '64 and Grandma's '68 both I had them

Great handling of the claw by the machine operator. The way he deftly punctured the tires, was impressive!

Love the Red/Whit/Blue Hornet in he end of this video.

Nike Approach changed the way hiking was done. $50 for my first pair, back in 1982ish

@ Burning Chrome: So many "kids" are totally not getting the reference! Love it.

Reminds me of an Audi Crash where the whole passenger side was peeled off and wrapped around the driver's side. I know there is a picture out there somewhere.

Sure, it's just like that Powdered Water that's available. You just add Wat.... wait a minute.

gotta love how the driver is setting the handbrake and taking it out of gear before he climbs out of the car once it's in the lake! Where's it going?

Seeing as how we did not see any couples sleeping in the same bed on TV at that point, I am really not surprised. Not happy about it, but not really surprised at the same time.

I don't get why the builder would not go with a tire that will give less road noise on the rear. It's going to be deafening listening to those for some 1 to 2 thousand miles. I get it visually, just not "practically" for the race.

1947 Plymouth Businessman's coupe with an aborted 350 swap in the engine bay,and the daash wiring taken out of it. This was when I could have gone and bought a kit to install the V8 in JC WHitney. It was $400 in 1982. The body was straight and rust free. It was the one that got away.

It's the Wave Motion gun from the Argo in "Starblazers"

Have you tried the Source brand? also sold as the EMS brand in EMS stores. These have a closure at the top ( like a dry bag) and no screw on components to leak.

What's really funny is that they think all those old Electronics running the motor will still be viable, you know after the EMP from the Bombs.
