The insides of all of the AMC V8's are interchangeable, You can mix and match Cranks and rods and create all kids of different displacements, the Heads are interchangeable too.

I have bought ( for my Daughter) refurbished iPods from Apple, primarily because you get the exact same warranty as a new one. If you buy refurbished from another site, you get 90 days. Well the Original had A ford electrical (charging) system, (if Auto) a Chrysler transmission, and a GM ignition system. As a Former owner ('72), I really would have liked to see him keep an AMC motor in it, but I'd make all of the other changes in it that he did. It's A Great car.
