So, on the legal part, afaik, it’s not that this is a legal grey area, it’s more that it’s a fairly complex one to navigate... there are plenty of precedents to this, but because of how complicated it can get, it’ll basically be analyzed in a per case basis.

Can you assholes stop spoiling the show at least in the titles, please? I know Kotaku is severely lacking in creativity these days, but at least don’t appeal to exploiting new shows to generate traffic by writing spoilers on every single episode that comes out. Thanks.

Guillemot can backtrack and rephrase it all he wants, afaik “the ball is now in your court” is a passive-aggressive way of stating that you did all you could, you are passing responsibility towards the other party and washing your hands away from it. Crap, I didn’t even know this thing existed. That and not only I have games on GoG, I even installed Galaxy at one point...

I don’t think the time a game came out is a strong argument for not needing to put up spoiler warnings... it’s like, you do understand that the absolute vast majority of people playing a given title won’t do it anywhere near release, right?

Yeah, I never watched most of those, because I didn’t play most games too... thought it wouldn’t make much sense.

To be honest, I don’t remember it much, and I think I didn’t know much of DoA when I watched it... I still kinda don’t. :P

Pretty good list, but there are lots of absences.... which is perhaps a good thing. xD

3D CGI or art style doesn’t bother me, but I’ll continue recommending the original despite the reboot because the original has a couple of things that turned me into a huge anime fan at the ripe age of 19 that this new retelling doesn’t seem to have.

He forgot the part where either Zulily and/or GameStop’s building would end up in flames, but then again I guess this doesn’t help erase records these days anymore... also, the money should be on some poor sap abused worker hands instead of GameStop stocks and what seems like a catfisher or something.
