One way to start to prevent this is to prosecute the offenders as adults and send them away. Age shouldn’t play into some crimes.  They know they are breaking the law.   Also pit bail so high they can't get out to do it again

The problem is that is probably what the discipline rules are for that. And probably since the one in 2023 was about 2 years from the last one it probably falls back to that again.  And they probably couldn’t do much else without upsetting the union.

I hope they do more wind tunnel testing than last time.  Maybe have the back and wing pointing at the fan to make it doesn't make the car lift.    I could see that was the issue with the COT when that started happening again.    And being that high up will affect the roof flaps.

Kwik Trip/Kwik Star  are the best.    I'll go out of my way to go to one if I need to use the bathroom.    I've never found one that didn't have a clean bathroom.     But like you said their food is great too.   Plus if you're a reward  member you can save $0.05/gallon on gas after 15 visits.
