And the wafers themselves were started over 170 years ago, and are planned on being reintroduced in 2019. Not many candies out there that had that kind of staying power.

There is! Project Farm recently did testing on AA and rechargeable AA batteries. This guys tests tend to be about as unbiased as possible. The tests don’t get in to long term recharging, but do contain a lot of great information.

There is only one thing you can do with such a biased article. Write it off.
If you don’t think its an RPG, you need to revaluate what you think an RPG is. Not the other way around.
Could we not pretend to be offended in some way by every big game that comes out?MK’s brutal fatalities have always been over the top gorey fan service. You all knew this going in.
Article title is wildly misleading. Click bait I guess. There really aren't any similarities between the civ series and this game. Only ones I can even stretch to come up with are that it is grid based movement like the early civs, and there is fog of war...
Without giving too many **spoilers** and ignoring the obvious biblical parallels... the game is very much an imaginary adventure created by Isaac as an escape from his depressing life and abusive mother. In his imagination he confronts his guilt, embarrassments, failures, and abuses. I don’t see how using imagination…
If this is your type of game...Risk of Rain. Find it on Steam, buy it, experience total satisfaction for a tiny price.
Since the author was so bold as to include their invitation code in a "review".. I figure all bets are off.
I still think GTA 2 is better than Chinatown as far as that perspective of GTA goes. Sure Chinatown was custom built for the DS, but a GTA 2 port could have worked just as well. (Please don't bring up the pathetic gameboy color port).
Civ Nights is by far the largest and best total conversion mod. Not sure if it has been redone for BNW yet though.
Smaller studios, smaller projects, ground up approach to user involvement in the development process.
You could make enough to support your family by making a high quality movie you are proud of that is accepted by the "hardcore" movie crowd. Or you can crank out an 11 part movie series for kids about talking trains using the worst CGI anyone has ever seen and make millions. Its your call man, sometimes the…
Original ideas never pay out!! Quick, copy that wildly successful original indie game!
Eh it can't be that hard to take the critisim. You work as a telemarketer you are going to take some crap. You sell crack to kids, people are going to take issue. No matter what "underhanded" business scheme you are using to try and fleece folks... you should expect the reaction that you KNOW you deserve.
...Or they will make original games and develop a strong user base by allowing gamers to be involved in the development of the game. (Minecraft, FTL, Shadowrun, a zillion other alpha access games, mod to full game conversions and the likes)
Not all free to play are created equal. A game like LoL... where anything that is not cosmetic can be earned through play is pretty much the ideal game. Pay barriers, the dreaded "energy", and other unbalancing obstacles that make F2P in to Pay2Win are the cancer. The cancer isn't winning yet though. Not while…
Cool design, but the practicality of it is... questionable. First off, all those parts folding over each other, add leaves, twigs, dirt, etc; It would lead to some major failure rates. Second, that is a MASSIVE structure for what looks like 30% solar panel coverage at best. Form over function doesn't scream Volvo…
If you travel a lot and the price of toothpaste is an issue... then you probably already know that most every hotel will provide free toothpaste at the front desk.
