How about Dr Venkman's date with the Gatekeeper in Ghostbusters? That didn't turn out quite as planned....

This guy fails pretty spectacularly in The Fifth Element...

Bet she has sharp knees too.

I think I do.

It's pretty much one serial per season, with a couple seasons missing here and there, and Colin Baker's Doctor completely ignored. I figure this is probably a good indicator of what they'll show, since it starts with "The Aztecs".

Mit, is that you? You're trolling Gizmodo now?

I don't think the monobrow was a part of the hairstyle.

That's what you think - really, gaming hasn't been good since the Atari 2600.

Um, problem with your math. 7 studies are not 7% - they're 14.9%. so the 8.5% would not be almost the same number, it's a little more than half. That's a substantial difference.

Doom was a great game - he's not saying the movie was good, and the question asked wasn't about the movie either. just if he had a favorite game made into a movie. I doubt he saw the horrible flick.

Just don't do what I thought you said, which is "touch a group of 20 Boy Scouts".

Actually, no. I watched Star Trek with my parents, and I'd like a show I can watch with my kids now. Do not want BSG meets Torchwood.

DeLoreans were always cool.

They're more like 30+ year old characters - Terminator and Alien came out a loooong time ago.

Always thought JGB could easily be the next PKD. He's got tons of near future paranoid short stories, often with a great post apocalyptic bend to them as well. A few movies have been made, true, but they generally seem to be his less, (or not at all) science fiction-y stories, like Empire of the Sun, Crash, and now

I wonder if Jamie Fraser is a nod to "JAMIE McCrimmon", played by "FRAZER Hines" - the 2nd Doctor's companion....

I hear Kirk used to like chasing down the Hairy Kim too....

There's a Jollibee in Los Angeles - anyone know if this is available there!?!
