You're missing the point. These decisions aren't made by the developer. Microsoft published Halo, so it was an Xbox exclusive. Activision got a boatload of money from Sony, so Destiny's lead platform is the Playstation.

DQ1 was when the struggle was real. That game was so stingy with EXP and money.
