It does matter because the last thing the Ouya needs is a bunch of developers being awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars and then "running out" before the game is released. Stricter guidelines can only lead to good things for everyone involved.

It's an obvious fake. First two things that give it away are the "Greatest Hits" label and that the game is rated "Adults Only" (I wish it was but it wasn't. I'm going to hate life when kids are in Multiplayer)

Some things were poorly implemented (pointed the camera at a light source for some puzzles was a stupid decision, and worked better by rotating the Vita around rather than actually pointing at a light!
