Ribs can be finished on the grill for 3-5 minutes per side. If basting with a BBQ sauce (preferably homemade), I like to thin out the sauce with some apple juice or cider to prevent "gunkiness." Don't have the heat too high, or else the sugars in the sauce will burn.
