I'm waiting for the news that someone broke a speedrun record after using a level select cheat or debug menu. If people are allowed to exploit bugs so long as they existed in the game to begin with, that has to be allowable also. In that case, I could beat Sonic 2 with all Chaos Emeralds in less than 20 minutes…
