Some people aren't capable of such emotions. It's like trying to get my computer to feel bad for crashing. They can't even feel sympathy for a newborn baby, to say nothing about what bonding occurs between the baby and mother during breastfeeding and how important that is. Quite so, depending on how much the baby was drawing (some newborns can eat quite a bit) but even without a pump or the baby to suckle, she can get milk to express with her hands, it's harder and hurts, but it might be enough to keep the overall pain down to a manageable level.

Esp after 7 days of not. Might still be time to restart milk production though if she she can get the baby to latch on again, or at the very least, has a pump. It will take awhile to get milk production back up though, which is more loss for the baby ;;

I'd be happy if we just started having more female leads with excellent stories, like the new tomb raider did. I wish we had more games like that, good story, good character and development, good mechanics, and being a beautiful world doesn't hurt either.
