105dB for 3kW? Probably peak levels, as 3kW is hard to get from a normal socket without blowing fuses. Even in the civilised world, normal fuses blow out at around 3.6kW at 220v.

The only assumption I made was that you got upset (and you clearly got upset). The rest was saying the concept2 video was not good (with arguments!), and the rest was general advice.
Don’t be so upset. I’m not preventing you to do anything. The concept2 instruction video doesn’t even cover the basics. They just say what you should do, without offering any clues on how it should feel.
You can not ‘learn the form on youtube’. You need instructions from someone who knows what they’re doing. And most people who think they know what they’re doing really don’t.
