The Alfa Spider has all your boxes ticked. It also ticked the ‘all aluminium engine’ and ‘individual throttle bodies’ boxes.

The Alfa Spider was a much more expensive car in the day.

The front tire picture showed that the front tire is 285 section. The rear tire is at least as wide. Yet the rest of the car makes this look much narrower. This thing is absolutely humongous.

Apparently the gearbox is a bit crap for street use as well.

Superautomatic machines are notorious for mold buildup.

Counterpoint: Most real drivers’ cars are only appreciated in retrospect.

In its timeframe, the DS Familiale came close to perfection. Every parameter of car performance has a negative down side. A very well-handling car is probably not very comfortable and won’t traverse adverse terrain well. Very pretty cars are frequently not very roomy inside. A very large car won’t be practical to use

Same goes for the Countach

Usually Ketel 1 is considered one of the better mainstream jonge jenevers, and here in the netherlands it runs around 15 euros for a litre. It’s not like there are no other big luxury sedans that are FWD based...

Humblebragging doesn’t work. It’s been proven by Science.

You’re thinking too much for your own good. The uhlenhaut coupe is a road going 300 SLR. Of course it’s not the same car as the one that burned to a crisp in 1955. I’m just saying that it is in poor taste for Mercedes to go with ‘fire’ as imagery in conjuction with a 300 SLR. That’s it. I don’t care about your boner.

can you read or are you just incredibly dense? If the latter, let me explain so even you can understand:
