Not a hipster? Doug used to own obscure high-performance versions of wagons. And right when Hummers are forgotten relics of an uncool past, he buys a yellow one. He got a Ferrari and prefers some obscure japanese car which greatest claim to fame is appearing in a video game.

The race has started for the others, and Quintana is more than a minute down to Froome. That’s a minute he has to make up. And today’s finish was a brutal, albeit short ascent, where he got ridden out of Froome’s back wheel.

Genghis Khan built his empire on the composite bow, enabling his archers to fire from horses. Genghis would drive the car using the most composites, which is a Koenigsegg.

M-Technic System Wheels III?! Make it so!

The RHD conversion kills it for me. Also, the Murena is much more desireable and available for less in Europe.

A fragile glass canister to take along in a off-road trip? One for which you need special filters, a separate entity to heat up water, which presumably needs to double as something to pour said heated water?

Most methods can yield a tasty cup when done right.

“ the aerodynamics are still the primary motivator for the car’s basic shape,”

How did I miss this?

DS Break! Has to be the most attainable car on the lawn over there.

What’s wrong with not having a new Elise? Is the current Elise overshadowed driving-wise by other cars?

Yup, and boy would it work. 175 tonnes in LEO! A lot more than even the Saturn V was capable of.

The other theory on the external similarity of the Shuttle and Buran is Soviet military brass insisting on external similarity to keep military parity.

Honda doesn’t really ‘compete’ in F1. They participate.

Nah, you just don’t look as cool on a bike.

This is not factory stock, not even a factory backed racing team pictured. At least show me a picture of the DAF Formula 3 model.

Don’t hate on DAF. DAF never pretended to be fast. That’s where the Mustang II failed.

Can I say it depends on the venue? There are places where it’s out of place to drink rosé as a man. Historically proletariat* sports events and sailing boats are among those. Also, any place that has one type of rosé and a very good selection of beers.
