And try building a 7 mile tunnel in the US for a cost that does not include the word “billion”. $160 million for this is ungodly cheap for this type of work. Denmark’s infrastructure is so, so good, and doubly so if you are on feet or a bike, and about 100X better than the US for pedestrians. But, you know, socialism.

Or... they have a relatively wealthy government that actually has an interest in helping the population and improving their quality of life. I suppose that does feel like a foreign concept these days...

What a nice reminder of how easy on the ears and soul it was to even just read our last serving President who won the popular vote. Bill Clinton did great, but his baggage was vast. Obama has none, no interns, no shady lies. We may not have a better President in my lifetime as most other decent candidates would flee…

There’s are still chances for underhanded political maneuvering within the Electoral College to keep Trump in office. I let myself enjoy the glimmer of hope on Saturday when the election was called for Biden, but we’ve still got to get through the next couple of months.
