WHY HAVEN’T YOU MADE THIS INTO A MOVIE YET?!?
WHY HAVEN’T YOU MADE THIS INTO A MOVIE YET?!?
Lots of people walk through refrigerator doors on a regular basis. But of course they’re lowly working class scum, so we won’t consider them in our uppity automotive logic.
That’s the only fact here that I agree with.
“Commonly Used” isn’t exactly the greatest thing to determine what’s right though. I really don’t have to give historical examples of this, do I?
Sunrooves?
Was I the only person who actually appreciated that feature?
The average NFL career is only around 3.3 years.
I do this as well. Even more... for chicken wings I’ll actually cover them with the sauce and throw them in the oven to “cook” first, and then thrown them on the grill for the nice crispy texture at the end.
you don’t have to be truthful as long as you’re funny rich.

I remember shortly after Bush Jr. was elected both he and Colbert made a statement along the lines of “yes, it makes our jobs easier, but we still have to live here.”
You’re absolutely correct, but that’s not at all what Kelsey ended with. In fact, the entire concept of being “safe from attack” implies that these devices can be attacked using the technology demonstrated. Which, as you wonderfully summed, is hogwash.
Nah, just a moderate understanding of simple physics and basic logical reasoning. But you know... those things clearly don’t apply when fear-mongering gets into the conversation.
You’re missing some major details here. Nobody’s saying that your printer can’t be hacked. What I’m saying is that the techniques used in the above demonstration cannot be used to hack into things. So it’s a bit of a stretch to say “OMG HaxXX0Rs” because of this.
Sure... and that’s a valid concern. But that issue wasn’t brought up at all in the above article or demonstration. It takes a HUGE leap to from from “this thing uses electricity, electricity sends signals out, this thing can be modified to send those signals in a specific manner” to “this thing can be *hacked* using…
The only proof of concept that this exhibits is that things that EMIT signals can be modified to EMIT signals in a certain way. This is in no way an indication that the same thing can be modified remotely using those same signals.
Yo, Kelsey, it’s a bit of a stretch to be concerned about your unconnected devices being hacked based on anything this guy did. Mainly because there’s a huge difference between broadcasting signals and receiving them. But also because the worst case scenario of a laser printer being “hacked” would simply result in an…
I’m getting a kick out of reading all of these wonderful NYC subways stories. It’s amusing at how so many people don’t like being around other people, with their own minds, and thoughts, and whatevers, going on in their own head. I mean, seriously... if you don’t like other people why in the everloving fuck do you…
Yes, but we do get the one date with the hot chick though, right?
Galaxy S5 here: I’ve gotten two updates in the last two weeks. The first one was a security patch that actually came as a pop-up style notification alerting me to update my phone. I found the second one while bored waiting for Win10 to finish updating.
Wait, who gets car loans for more than the sale price of the car? I mean, sure, I can reduce my down payment... but every time I’ve looked into a car loan it’s been like “I need a loan for $17,274.38” and they give me interest rates and payment info on that number. I’ve never gotten a response of “how would you like…
