The P50 was fun to poodle around in at the Canadian Iternational Auto Show this year. Something like 2-3 laps allowed,but you needed a valid drivers license so sadly not everyone at the show could experience the joyous Peel P50.

Not sure if they came with Cummins but he had a Cummins badge on the opassenger fender.

I saw one last week. Was shocked as I have not seen one in many years. It parked close to me,and I only noticed because of the diesel sound,nice Cummins equiped and I think slightly lifted Excursion.

I did not even notice the non braking. Makes it even more strange and diheartening.

Almost seemed as it the steering gave out. Tires were straight,no turn seen. And then WHAM! head on collision with barrier. When Paul was out looking at the car he seemed dejected,like WTF?! Even his team in hte garage were confused and hurt looking. Here is hoping he makes to the end next year.

I feel sad for the #98 Aston Martin driven by fellow Canuk. To go straight off and nose first into the barrier nearing the 30min mark,that has to piss you off. Worst part was they were 1st in GTE AM.

Were you watching on racedepartment.com? Saw that aslo,thought it was funny.

I watched it on racedepartment.com. They had some commercials and had a few hours for breaks,but overall very nice coverage and commentary.

2011 Audi crash wild.

Not sure about in the U.S. But here in Canada VW was for a while selling the Jetta City,Golf City not sure if Passatt was part of it. The ‘City’ vehicles were the previous generation models sold alongside the new gen models. Not sure how much cheaper the ‘City’ models were.

Except the Z is a 2seater while the G is a 4seater. Which means the G wins for being a DD if it is your only vehicle and mahyhaps have a small family.

And the IPL is better. Not by all that much but still better. IPL in Malbec Black w/red leather interior is a nice colour combo. You get the G37S brakes etc...and 348hp instead of 330hp. I also think the IPL exterior pieces make it better looking.

Andrew Younghusband did a show called Don’t Drive Here. One episode was in Rome and I believe he did a small bit on these,teens under the legal driving age use these to get around.
