Sounds pretty much the same as late-season episodes of the original series to me. His voice changed some over the series (got a little higher and goofier mostly), but I think this is pretty much in line with that.

I finally got around to watching the trailer.
So, Wandavision was Marvel’s Pleasantville. Loki was Marvel’s 12 Monkeys. Hawkeye was Marvels Die Hard. This is Marvel’s Fight Club.
