I read an article by a girl who worked there for awhile (which of course now I can't find) and it sounded insane! Like they have a whole cult thing going on that their staff are encouraged to get involved in and if you don't live on a diet of pure water, kale and quinoa you are an outcast.

Ha my Dad said that to me about his own son (who is A LOT younger than me) I had to be like no dad not babysitting just being a parent! And he is a progressive man and hands on Dad, but still like Lindy said, these assumptions run deep.
