Yeah that’s true, I’ve only seen those in movies and shows so I have no idea. It was a bit jarring though as it was the first time I’ve ever seen anyone talk through the glass on a show. Maybe the phone is just for privacy or something.

Yeah I’ve read that, I didn’t really find that probable as I’m not sure where that kind of storyline would be able to go, wouldn’t that mean everything, and everyone, is sort of just a pointless dream then? That sounds like it would be kind of dissapointing. But now with the prison scene I definately started wondering…

So am I the only who noticed that Ray was able to talk to/hear the rapist behind the glass even without that phone-thingy by the end of the scene? I thought it was a clue, like that scene was just a dream or something.

I think it’s worth noting that the sketch there by Lovecraft is of the idol of Cthulhu so there is always the posibility that it’s supposed to just be a cultural rendition of the creature made from stories passed down by the natives who made it. Like it’s the best they could do with describing it without seeing it…

Haha I was thinking the same thing. Wouldn’t it be awesome if they’d make a biopic on Hunter, and have someone new play young Hunter, Johnny Depp as middle-aged Hunter, and then Murray reprise the role too as old Hunter before his death?

The real news really is the fact the he hopes to squeeze in Mute before the release of Warcraft. I’ve been excited for that movie ever since Moon turned out to be amazing.
