That comeback doesn’t hold water when other car makers spend as much or more of R&D, “expansion”, and more, and still make sizeable profits. Often making as much for their bottom lines as much as Tesla spends.

Four pontoon independent suspension. And soon there will be four pontoon steering and four pontoon drive/propulsion

But at the end of the day, a company needs to make money doing any and all of what it does. Tesla does NOT have a good track record of that at all.

As opposed the REO (Ransom E Olds) Speedwagon?

I love the Probe except in for two major sins.

Sadly, the RWD H-Body did not last long to see any improvements after the 1970s. But it was redundant next to the much better F-Body. Except Buick and Oldsmobile never got F-bodies. So it might have been a good move to let those two divisions continue to develop the H-body going forward. After all the H-body lent

The Pontiac Firenza, Oldsmobile Starfire (First Gen), Buick Skyhawk (First Gen), and Chevy Vega Monza.

“You seem to have a very irate bird stuck under your hood.”

So if I understand this one company won the bidding for the track, and wants to keep using it as a racing track. Good on them! But they did not bid highest. So another company who also bid and bid highest, took it to court because they bid higher, was willing to pay more... so they could basically ruin the track.

Even knowing what I was looking at I could swear this was a tech demo for a PS5 or neXBOX. All they would have to do is let the in game camera be represented by a drone and occasionally you see the shadow of one during the play back.

Hoho. .. that joke never gets any better... just older.

As the average of the average person is steadily on the decline, I might agree.

It would have be the 275hp 1-4 Camaro because the V6 in the Camaro6 makes 335hp, and then you could upgrade to the 1LE package, which would be just faster. The Mustang V6 makes 306hp, but is a pretty stodgy engine.

Use a riot gun. Rig som Frag grenades and flack grenades and flying drones aren’t a problem.

All of that makes sense, IF you used something other and a automobile for a body.

My only question is why they did not do that in the first place? Then I remember the Japanese actually race FWD cars seriously in Japan.

Without knowing the specifics as to what happened, any speculation seems pointless. But for my two cents, it think whatever trouble there was, happened BEFORE he hit the trap. Going through the trap did surprisingly little harm besides dirty his tires for a few hundred yards/meters.

What makes you think he did it accidentally?

Good! An LMP took out a Ferrari for once.

Acceleration is rarely constant. How quickly a car can go from a standing start to 62mph/100kph, is not a good predictor of who quickly that car can get to its maximum speed. Worse would well it can hold it.
