If you own one of these machines, or invested money in it, your right to vote should be taken away because you are fucking idiot.

I think I’d rather see Burov flip, then a scramble as he starts exposing Residents. Series ends with Stan getting the Jennings’ file hours after they hit the road.
Jesus you’re stupid. The issue has nothing to do with United’s contractual obligation. The issue is if you can refuse to deplane when the aircraft owner tells you to... You can’t.
I feel like you’re confusing TSA with Customs agents here. Maybe I’m wrong though. I’m just here for the weed.
You’re expecting people ruled by their emotions, to perform higher order functions; to think legally. They are responding to your comments as one would expect any animal might.
I’m a huge liberal, but *wow* some people really don’t get nuance. I understand you’re just outlining the legal situation, not advocating or condoning UA’s actions.
Yeah, this is pretty stupid.
Yes, both parties fucked up here. It’s just that United Fucked up worse and bigger.
They state you could be bumped and you will be compensated for being bumped.
He wasn’t right though. In purchasing the ticket, he agreed to the possibility of being bumped with compensation.
I agree wholeheartedly. Unfortunately, you don’t have an option of stomping your feet and calling a big “nope... I don’t wanna”.
What rights do you have? At this point, you are trespassing.
IDB compensation isn’t United’s rule, it’s a Federal regulation (https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/14/250.5).
You’ve written this back to a lot of people, but sadly, it’s completely misinformed. Once the plane begins to taxi, you’re under FAA regulations. Until then, you’re under United’s policies. There’s a reason that, in the history of airline regulations, no one’s successfully sued an airline over their ticketing policy,…
Life is unfair. Pick your battles.
He did do something wrong: He refused to get off the plane when ordered to do so.
Your social security number was never intended to be a federal ID. This video explains it pretty well :
Exactly. The burden is on the person entering the traffic circle to *ensure* that it’s clear, not to guess based on a turn signal. People may abruptly change their minds as well (usually realize they don’t want to exit yet), but they still have the right-of-way. Roundabouts are faster than stop signs, but they’re…
The problem with that is you’re assuming that the driver actually intends to exit. I know for a fact there are many people who signal and never follow through with it and end up creating a mess. Those types of drivers have made me extremely paranoid.
You’ve obviously never lived in an area with the air affected by large wildfires.
