No... No one was hurt and nothing was damaged. He’ll likely require additional training and a checklist.

Oh I’m sure, just interesting some people actually think aesthetics should play a role in this at all...
Read comments first, watched video, was surprisingly underwhelmed.
It’s almost like... they design the plane as a war fighter with no regard to aesthetics.
Nice, yeah that’s what my flying club is like. We have 3 planes that we can book, there are monthly dues but the hourly rate is better than you get at a FBO. That and the planes are a lot nicer :)
Found these resist stickers for anyone interested.
Do it, you won’t regret it! Finally got my fixed-wing ppl a couple years ago and am working to become an instructor. Join a club and it’s even more affordable.
Yeah, I think he’s one of those “people shouldn’t fly planes as a hobby” folks...
Yeah, everyone should be afraid of being taken to Tacoma.
Nice try, but you clearly don’t understand how the law, or society, works. 2/10 for effort...
Most general aviation single engine piston aircraft are not terribly complicated. The thing that kills most pilots is VFR flight into IMC leading to CFIT, acronyms... we love em. Basically they continue visual flight into inclement weather and smack into the ground.
“essentially granted by and guaranteed by other individuals as part of a collective society”
Uh... I’m a property owner who understands the basic tenets of individual rights. The fact these people were ok with boats but not planes, despite it being in a well-maintained condition, makes their position objectively untenable.
Well, here’s Trina then :D
Well it’s not a FAR: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/32
Interesting point. Though I would imagine “tampering” would be doing anything not authorized by the owner.
Where did you see it wasn’t airworthy? The airworthiness certificate expires July of next year.
Literally lol’d at this :)
Next you’ll be writing about how expensive movie theater food is. Keep up the good work there buddy!
I want a plane in my neighborhood, ergo your argument is invalid. A nice well maintained looking aircraft would be a welcome addition. Because you think his driveway isn’t a “proper location” doesn’t mean property rights no longer apply. If there were a ban on other vehicles their complaints would have merit, however…
