Yeah quite possibly, that is my parents experience as well. Signing a year lease on a room rental is a BIG risk in my opinion. I lucked out with my current tenant, after some initial misconceptions now she’s pretty chill, but I won’t be doing that again.

Getting another job is unrealistic for most people, but if you own property you can get a nifty bit of extra income renting. My parents have multiple properties and have been landlords for many years, my dad was always lamenting how horrible it is to be a landlord, all the shit you have to put up with. I bought my

I would recommend buying one of the original foodsavers or foodsaver ii made by Tilia in Italy. They’re still working after 25 years, you can find them on eBay for around $60, and you can still find parts for them should something break. These cheap plastic things often wear quickly with even light use.

True, Americans tend to lead busier lives for better or worse, worse mostly I think. But we also have to travel farther than people in Europe, we do it mostly by car, so it stands to reason on an all-day road trip you’ll be eating in your car.

Haha, I feel the stupidly taking a low salary right out of college. $11/hr as a degreed engineer hired as a “drafter”. Of course that engineer position they posted online wasn’t ever really meant to be filled... I got outta there as soon as I was able.

No, no it’s not...

Huh, that’s good to know.

Yes, I understand that seeing every little imperfection can lead to unnecessary procedures, but provided you understand that I don’t see any issues with it (you acknowledge “most people” so fair enough). I want my full-body MRI dammit, and I want every tumor biopsied. I mean, why wouldn’t we?

I mean, a defective product was sold so yeah... I’m thinking about replacing it. Was there an argument there or did you just want to try to insult me, oh random internet commenter?? Stay intelligent there chief...

Very good point, and a scenario I hadn’t considered. I vehemently disagree with anyone who asserts that they would kill an intruder simply for the fact their in their home which, sadly, is an all too common opinion of many gun owners I talk to.

True, just like it would be difficult to stab yourself if you didn’t own any knives. It’s just annoying when people say “ANY GUNZ AND I WON’T LIVE THERE BECAUSE IT’S DANGEROUS!!!1!!!!111" When there are plenty of other things that are dangerous and cause many more injuries/fatalities in the home.

Fair points, well said...

I have tenants, I keep my gunz locked up (though I recently saw a video about safes that makes me rethink my current security). I’m not sure they know/care that I have gunz. But what a scary and intimidating world you must live in?

That’s not remotely how that works.

No, no you weren’t. You relented. You also taught that pathetic shit that if he just keeps trying eventually he’ll get what he wants. Good job both of you!

FFS, how do people not come up with this on their own? No one told me, it just made sense to remove all the crap between your teeth BEFORE you wash it all away with brushing.

Be careful about asking for a credit for a leak, recently I had one and they said they’d waive it but they’d only do it once in a two year period. I ended up paying the ~$150 that had leaked instead of hoping nothing eles goes wrong in 2 years.

It is a beginner routine I’ll give you that, but a LOT of people have had good results with it including myself. If it works it works.

If (and thousands of others) find the AllPro beginner routine to be the best strenght training workout for beginners. Low rep with challenging weight.

Is flushing twice not the norm? I mean... Sometimes I need three flushes.
