First of all, I am a woman, man.
First of all, I am a woman, man.
Please name one of these women we "should" be lauding, and I will show you someone with either 1) minimal talent/cross cultural appeal, or 2) a Pepsi endorsement. You have every right not to like Beyonce, but you should look within yourself and try to figure out why it bothers you so much that we all like her. Just…
I would like to add that it wasn't necessary for me to be quite so mean spirited in my response. For that I apologize. But the substance of my statement stands.
You not only have poor reading comprehension, but you seem not to grasp how cultural inferences influence the tone and meaning of language.
Nope. You're wrong.
Reading comprehension fail.
Who has the movie rights?

How did I not know she was in a Color Purple themed music video. HOW DID I NOT KNOW? I have been singing this song non stop since I was thirteen. How did I not know?
Who doesn't make their own marshmallows?
Black women are the Asian men of women . . if you get my drift. We are in the same boat. I personally addressed this problem by making myself available for relationships with the plethora of extremely good looking Asian men that several (not all, but several) of my obnoxious AF friends "just aren't attracted to." …
Does she speak?
Of course there is nothing wrong with being short. I was just being cheeky because she feels it's ok to judge men for being short, when she is short herself (and may very well have short sons of her own). Obviously there is a double standard for men and women when it comes to height. I just meant to point out that…
As I said in my comment, I'm not talking about you. We are talking about short women who insist on dating men who are over six foot tall. If you have dated shorter guys and remained open to it, then this isn't about you. (Note: It's too bad you dated short guys with complexes. I never have had a bad experience.)
The greedy part was a joke, but it references the real deficit of tall guys for very tall (5'10'' plus) girls. Assuming that women prefer men to be at least as tall as they are (which is a troublesome preference that I understand but am not comfortable with), then if short women date tall men, that leaves tall women…
None of those people in the Harry Styles story are old enough to be in that club. That, inter alia, is why I don't go to the Meatpacking district anymore.
That's just wasteful. I align myself with my tall girlfriends (in my head I'm 5'8'' like my mom — I was robbed!) and we bitch about this all the time.
