Thanks I might have to try this out. I just been using my google calendar and using stock HTC calendar widget as agenda view. Then again until recently all my calendar entries were sports calendars, its not until a few weeks that I started syncing my work email (Lotus Notes) to my phone.

Well root is the only way I know unfortunately. I know some Sense roms and Gingerbread roms with theme installers let you mod without root but I'm not too sure about Droid 3.

hahha ya my Local Ralphs just added a 2nd one and both are always packed. I found that usually the 7-11 Redbox kiosks have no lines so ill just keep an eye on them as I drive home since they can be spotted from a distance. The beauty of being able to drop off at any Kiosk.
